Home of black bears, Dolly Parton, and the infamous Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge is getting some new faces with the fourth season of The White Lotus<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those of you who are unfamiliar, The White Lotus<\/em> revolves around the world\u2019s most insufferable rich people, all vacationing at a luxury resort where cocktails are the price of lobsters, the staff makes less than an experienced Chick-Fil-A worker, and some unsuspecting wealthy individual winds up dead. The first season took place at a Hawaiian resort, where the illustriously wealthy guests are ruining the lives of staff members.  Subsequent seasons followed a similar pattern, showcasing various locations around the world and the fabulous fools that visit them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, Tennessee is rolling out the red carpet for the kind of folks we\u2019ve been dying to meet. The upper-class individuals who think that rustic luxury will be found next to the Big Bass Wheel arcade game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The illustrious, elegant, enchanting Wilderness at the Smokies<\/em> has been chosen for the filming location. Yes, the resort with the giant red and white waterslide protruding from the side of the building. Promising a quiet luxurious stay with a side of chlorine from the indoor water park, our guests will arrive at the start of the summer season. To further sell the show, there have been some promised changes from the mayor of Pigeon Forge- David Wear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an intimate sit down interview at the Flapjacks in Kodak, Wear reported, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMajor changes are incoming that will promise to satisfy the new guests! A 24 Hour Waffle House is under development to be put underneath the Wilderness. <\/em>If that’s not enough excitement, there will be a gondola on the Pigeon River with live banjo artists accompanying the visitors. In an effort to remain true to our Tennessee roots, we have vowed to the community that these Banjo players will exclusively play Rocky Top<\/em>.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With all the talk about guests, we prodded to see exactly who those invited would be. While our friend David Wear was unable to produce any results, our inside source was here to help. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Randy, the up-and-coming chef at this Waffle House, said \u201cNow you ain\u2019t ever seen folks like this. They just ain\u2019t raised right. A lady walked up and asked where she can charge her damn Tesla, like a Tesla has shit on the potholes on Dolly Parton Parkway. I just know these folks will want a wine pairin\u2019 with their all-star special. Tell your people to pray for me and mine.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After ensuring that the Pellissippi State community would be praying for him, I had to ask about details on one of the guests. Details in which Randy did not disappoint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Randy, one of the most interesting guests is Mr. Montgomery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAin\u2019t his real name for damn sure. He\u2019s going around asking questions about our bears, like how fast they can run. I said, Mr. you are NOT outrunning a bear, especially a mama and her cubs. You might as well quit while you\u2019re ahead. He just won\u2019t take no for an answer either. Keep an eye out on that fella\u201d. With a promised cast of the cushy elites, a chlorine scented resort, and a suspiciously curious guest (with a questionable interest in wildlife) this season of The White Lotus <\/em>promises as much chaos and cluelessness as ever. Will these guests find love in Dollywood? Will they eat a Moonpie with a fork? Will Randy make a Keto-friendly waffle? We\u2019ll have to tune in to find out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
