<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">People who don\u2019t really see her the way they\u00a0should; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">They pass her by without a second thought for who she really is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">They only see her in the vessel she was forced\u00a0to carry since she was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they&#8217;d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">They only see her husky build and hear her monotone and deep\u00a0voice when she speaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">They only hear her\u00a0with the vocals she is cursed\u00a0with instead of how she truly is.\u00a0 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they\u2019d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The way her long dark, silky hair\u00a0shines in the sun when next to me, while we enjoy our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Her round face with\u00a0the plump cheeks, freckles imprinted where she blushes bright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they\u2019d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Her timid high-pitched voice trying\u00a0to blend in with society,\u00a0making her secure in her own skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Her healthy, long nails, well\u00a0maintained with glossy acrylics that\u00a0she exhibits with pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they\u2019d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How she\u2019s cautious in the way she\u00a0moves; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Walking swiftly, yet gently through the\u00a0crowd being as graceful as she can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The small details she adds in her\u00a0appearance; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The ones she wishes others to notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">But not in her family\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they\u2019d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Her purse clutched close to her torso;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The one everyone asks me\u00a0about, wondering if she\u2019s \u201cya know&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">How I wish they&#8217;d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">If only they saw her pure raw beauty from within. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Presenting\u00a0from her soul within\u00a0sprouting out of her shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Oh, How I wish they\u2019d see her as a woman.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Em Powell, Social Media Intern She\u2019s seen by many people;
